Deactivate an Event

You can deactivate an event in Xsponse to temporarily disable it without deleting it. This prevents the event from being triggered or scheduled.

To Deactivate an Event

1. Go to Events in the main menu.
2. Use the search bar or filters to locate the event you want to deactivate or locate it manually in the list.
3. Click the Set to Inactive icon in the Actions column.
   
4. Click Yes to confirm or Cancel to exit without deactivate the event.
   

The event status will change to INACTIVE, but the configuration remains intact.
