Send Production OTA Update to a Controller

In the Device module, you can manage and deploy Over-the-Air (OTA) updates in production mode to keep your hubs and controllers up to date and functioning correctly.

To Send a Production OTA Update to a Controller​

  1. Go to Devices > Devices in the main menu.
  2. Select the Controllers tab.
  3. Locate the controller in the list using the search bar or you can also scroll through the list to locate it manually.
  4. In the Actions column, click the Send OTA Update (Production) icon.
  5. A confirmation dialog will appear. Click Yes to proceed or Cancel to stop the action.
Why Is This Important?

Sending OTA updates in production mode ensures that controllers have the latest and most secure version, improving system stability and performance.
